   Warren Rupp Observatory and the Richland Astronomical Society loves it when ur members have talents! In the case of Steve Carter, he's more than just a great observer and outreach worker... He does astrophotography, too! If you've ever been to the Observatory on a quiet evening, you'll notice Steve and his awesome Meade telescope out by the fire ring taking images. It has been a great pleasure watching him learn and enjoying each image from its raw state to a finished project.
