How NASA's Great Observatory's Imaged our Galactic Center

To commemorate the International Year of Astronomy 2009, the Great Observatories released a composite image of the Milky Way's center. The never-before-seen view combines The Hubble Space Telescope, the Spitzer Space Telescope, and Chandra X-Ray Observatory's unique views.

Rich will explain the science behind the image and how these three great observatories used their unique abilities to create this never before seen image.
